At Hustle Athleisure, your satisfaction matters.
We offer a 3-day return or exchange policy, valid only if the product received is wrong, damaged, or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference-related reasons.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Hustle Athleisure, we want you to love what you wear.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve got your back with an easy and transparent return process.


Eligibility for Return/Exchange

A return or exchange is accepted only if:

  • The product is wrong, damaged, or defective
  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You provide an unboxing video + photos clearly showing the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible.

Easy Return/Exchange Process

  2. Share your Order ID, issue photos, and unboxing video
  3. Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved:
    • A replacement will be arranged
    • Or a refund will be processed (only if replacement unavailable)

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Defective or damaged product

Refund timeline:

  • Processed within 3–7 working days after approval
  • Returned to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet)
  • COD refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Color expectations
  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
  • Used, washed, or damaged items without proof
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately with:

  • Clear photos
  • Full unboxing video

Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund promptly.


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In rare cases, return pickup may not be available in certain pin codes — we may request self-shipping
  • Products purchased under limited editions may follow special terms
  • Requests without unboxing video cannot be approved
